I used Gate.io based on this recommendation on this page. HUGE MISTAKE. I sent some crypto over there and it sits pending at 9/12 confirmations that have been completed on the chain a couple hours ago. Their customer service makes excuses. Check their TrustPilot reviews. I should have before I decided to work with them. I am prepared for the worst, saying goodbye to that money.

I finally got it credited, but after buying Saitama, their fees to withdraw are ridiculous!
