There are guides to manage an unofficially supported ERC-20 token on Ledger and Trezor. You will need to connect your Ledger or Trezor to MyEtherWallet or MyCrypto.

Exodus wallet DOES NOT support UDOO, contrary to the information on this page.

Exodus supports UDOO because it's an erc-20 but it's a little bit harder to use since it's not an official token https://support.exodus.io/article/128-how-do-i-manage-unsupported-erc20-tokens

Ledger Nano S or Exodus Wallet does not support UDOO. Hope I have not fallen to another scam. Please verify the wallets.

Why do you say that? Howdoo is an ERC-20 token so both wallets can hold it but they are not officially supported which means you will need to do a little bit of extra work. I don't think any wallets officially support Howdoo right now. Read the bottom of this https://support.ledger.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005197845-Manage-ERC20-tokens and also read this https://support.exodus.io/article/128-how-do-i-manage-unsupported-erc20-tokens
You can try it out with a few tokens before moving everything over if you don't feel safe.
